Obituary of Rosemary A Romantini

Rosemary A. Romantini of East Rochester died on February 15, 2024 at age 87. She was predeceased by her husband Vittorio. Rosemary is survived by her children, Giovani "John" (Sonia), Gino (Dianne) and Marisa (Felix) Ramos; grandchildren, Vittorio (Hala Nasra), Cristina (Dale) Ake, Anthony (Kelly), Gino and Vincent; 3 great grandchildren. Rosemary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who took pleasure in seeing her family happy. Prior to her marriage, she was an only child who was devoted to her mother and father and gave herself completely to caring for them both during their times of failing health. Upon marrying Vittorio, she became a fulltime homemaker and nothing made her happier than providing that support. She lived a full life which involved many friends and vacations. The one necessity in her life was conversation – the more the better. Telling the stories of her childhood and how she met Vittorio were always at the top of her list. The lives of her children were the next topic that she could discuss for hours because of the joy it brought her. She will be remembered as a great storyteller and entertained all that she encountered. Her final days were spent surrounded by the extremely caring and loving individuals at Serenity House who became a new audience for her to share with. There will be no prior visitation. Rosemary's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 20th at 10:00am in St. Jerome's Church, 207 Garfield Street, East Rochester. Entombment will follow in White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial contribution in her memory are asked to consider Serenity House Hospice, 1278 Brace Road, Victor NY 14564
